The data shared with Vocal lead Partner of the Carewell Health and Wellbeing Partnership, Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership (EH&SCP) will be aggregated and will not include personal details of individual carers. The data shared with the Scottish Government will include identifying personal details on individual Carers to support the Scottish Carers Census.

The Eric Liddell Community uses your personal details for the following purposes:

• Carer support – to provide carer support services and deliver positive outcomes for carers.
• Carer engagement – to provide carers with opportunities to shape support and services relevant to themselves and the person they care for.
• Increase awareness – to increase awareness of carers, carer issues and availability of carer support services in the community.
• Reporting and monitoring – to comply with contractual obligations with our funders, local authorities and government and to monitor and develop The Eric Liddell Community carer support services.

All personal information provided is confidential and will be used only for the purposes stated above.
